Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP)
Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) is a feature that provisions the device over cellular and seamlessly provisions your device to Ctrl.
The F1 Starter Kit is programmed to establish LTE network registration and connects to Ctrl platform when powered up for the first time, now we will walk through this by the follow steps:
1. If you have not logged in to Ctrl, please refer to Say Hello to Ctrl. to go to Ctrl. platform.
2. In the Devices page, a new device will be shown to show that your new F1 Starter Kit is successfully provisioned.
3. You can click on the newly created devices to further manipulate it
4. Your device last connection status is shown in the field Seconds ago. The default name of the device will be the MAC address of the device, and the default description is ZTP Device Activation. These 2 values could be customized in the Device Settings of the Configuration tab.
