Prior to receiving your device, an account is created for you based on the email address you provided during the purchase of your device. You should have received a reset password email to change login credentials. If you have not received them, please contact us. This account, along with the provided SIM card will be required to enable Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP).
Use your credentials to log into Ctrl.
After logging in, you will be redirected to Ctrl Home, where you can quickly navigate to other sections and manage your devices.
